The goal is to figure out your desired artwork, understand how I can help you, and plan your next steps.

Because of how broad an “artwork” can be, an artwork in this case can range among:

A lineart drawing of characters or environments

A lineart drawing of characters or environments

A fully rendered illustration containing characters and/or environments

A fully rendered illustration containing characters and/or environments

A character or environment sheet featuring its concept art

A character or environment sheet featuring its concept art

An art commission then falls directly under any of these spectrums of artworks.

With that in mind, here’s how this will work:

1. Book a Planning Sesh With Me for $20

This sesh is so that we get to know each other and see how I can help you :)

At worst, I provide you with your clear next steps on creating your artwork.

At best, I provide you with your clear next steps, and I start creating your desired artwork.

Either way, I'll make sure we end this session with you knowing what your next best steps are!

Important Note: Since you’re on mobile, if the calendar shows many timeslots (which will extend the section a lot down), simply press the date to make it an outline and hide the timeslots.

We’ll be figuring out the details surrounding the vision of your artwork, such as:

  • The elements involved (e.g. characters, environments, objects, lighting, composition, etc.)

  • The complexity (e.g. mecha, armor, fish-eye angle, dynamic poses, etc.)

  • The art style (e.g. hyperrealism, gouache, semi-realism, cell shading, lineart, etc.)

  • The format (e.g. illustration, character sheet, canvas size, etc.)

  • The deadline

To speed the process up, it would be nice if you could bring any references that can help shape your artwork as this is your vision. The more references, the better.

Once we have the general idea of the artwork you envision, I will communicate with you honestly and openly if I’m able to create your artwork or not. If I cannot, I will do my best to refer you to someone who can since we’ve laid down the groundwork.

2. Receive an Email from Me

After the sesh, you’ll receive an email from me containing the following:

  • The recording of our sesh for you to rewatch whenever

  • A recap of your next steps to create your desired artwork

You will also receive the option to continue working with me in the same email:

  • Art Commission (1st Installment) for $11,500

    • I’ll provide you with a contract containing the Terms of Service Agreement, which will protect both of us from fraud.

      • This contract can be superseded, however, by legal contracts from businesses, agencies, groups, and other organizations that’ll be using the artwork for commercial purposes.

    • I’ll also give you a link where you can pay should the ToS be agreed upon. After payment, it will redirect you to a document containing my personal number (where we can message and call) and a calendar link where you can book unlimited times on demand should you need it.

3. (If You Decide to Continue) Receive the Initial Ideation

Should you decide to continue and pay the 1st installment, I’ll immediately start on the ideation of the artwork. It will come with choices and can come in any form, such as 3D blockouts, lineart sketches, or greyscale drafts like the images below.

In this phase, unlimited revisions can happen. What’s important is that we’re able to pin down the general idea of what the final artwork would look like.

4. Receive Constant Updates Throughout Rendering

Once we pin down the general idea of the final artwork, I’ll start rendering and providing you with updates. This involves taking the general idea and polishing it towards the final version, such as the images below:

Much like the images above, revisions may still be allowed. However, keep in mind that the more revisions there are, the more time will be needed to complete the artwork.

As such, let’s try to address the major revisions—such as a drastic change in pose or composition—during the ideation process, and address minor revisions during the rendering process.

4. Pay the Final Installment of $11,500

Once the artwork is nearing it’s completion, I’ll give you a link where you can pay the final installment.

5. Receive the Finalized Artwork

Once I receive the payment, I’ll provide you with the link containing the finalized artwork with its full resolution, thus completing the commission.

Some Questions You May Have

  • That depends on the deadline of the artwork as well as the other details I mentioned that we’ll discuss during the planning sesh.

Only then will I be able to determine if the amount of time is enough for me to finish the artwork before the said deadline.

  • There’s no restrictions.

As long as you provide me with the references for your desired artwork, I’ll be able to answer you whether I can do it or not during our planning sesh.

  • Yes, in order to protect both you and I against fraud. It will be given with the email after the planning sesh should you ever decide to continue with me.

  • Long-term protection. In the scenario that there are multiple bookings, it would be hard to sustain hours of working for free.

  • Yes. Circumstances for refunds will be stated in the contract.

  • Ask anytime! Simply message me on any of my socials found in the footer below, or email me at reyvinreceiver@gmail.com

    • September 26, 2025

      • Edited my answer in the question, “What if I have more questions?” to reflect the adjustment in location of my socials from the header to the footer.

      • Added an important note for users who check this section in mobile as the calendar timeslots automatically open sometimes which extends this section drastically downwards. Made sure to let them know how to hide the timeslots.

      • Made arrow dropdowns visually consistent by putting it in the right side. Realized Patch Notes was in the right while Questions were in the left.
