When I think of CK, I think of the magic man with funny words.
I also think of someone who cares so much about teaching his students.
I first met CK back in 2023 when I studied in 3dsense Media School.
During that year, he was my teacher for several subjects.
Anatomy 1, Perspective 1, Perspective 2, and Intro to ZBrush.
For context, this man handles multiple classrooms and multiple other subjects with each subject being 3 hours each.
Das a lot.
And yet the quality of his teaching doesn’t wane at all.
In a class with him you’d be surprised at the amount of knowledge, terminology, and insights that he knows.
Like there’ll be some parts of a certain structure that you won’t know that he would probably know.
Or there’ll be a reason that this certain concept is that way and he’d probably know.
It’s just p amazing that you can see his stream of knowledge flow out especially when reviewing a student’s work.
Bonus points btw if you’re a DDI student cause fun fact, CK was a DDI student himself.
Meaning he’s basically been through what a Concept Art & Illustration student has been through, so he knows the intensity that goes with that degree.
As you also get to learn under him, you also get to know that he was a musician, knows a lot about different cultures (video games, anime, manga, music, wuxia, etc etc), knows the memes, jogs with students and teachers, and just so much more.
In any case, I’m super thankful that I went through CK’s teachings.
Thank you CK!! :D
